Hemant Chaudhary built an independent practice on a simple idea — that a client should be able to reach the person actually arguing their case.
He appears regularly before the District and Sessions Courts, Family Courts, Consumer Commissions and the High Court, in matters ranging from bail applications and matrimonial disputes to property titles and business contracts. The number of briefs accepted is kept limited on purpose, so that each file receives real attention rather than a date-to-date adjournment.

Principles
Four things I refuse to compromise.

Honesty.
If a case is weak, you hear it in the first meeting — not after three years of hearings and fees.

Preparation.
Every brief is read personally. Pleadings, evidence and arguments are prepared, not improvised at the bar.

Access.
You speak to the advocate, not a clerk. Calls and messages are answered, including on urgent matters.

Clarity on fees.
Fees are quoted in writing before the work begins. No surprise demands before a hearing date.
